As you would expect from a hotel, our serviced apartments are visited on a regular basis by our housekeeping team for a thorough clean, replacement of all linen and checking for any maintenance requirements. We employ our own housekeeping and first line maintenance teams who are all friendly, trustworthy and highly trained individuals.

Housekeeping Services

The housekeeping teams set a meticulous level of cleanliness. At each service they aim to return the serviced apartment to the high standard guests are greeted with upon check-in. 

The Berkshire Rooms housekeeping service is provided as standard on a weekly basis, but can be tailored to meet our guest’s needs, at an extra charge.

Maintenance Services

We understand that in order to deliver the highest standard of service it is necessary to ensure that our properties are well maintained and inspected on a regular basis. Our maintenance support team is on hand to change light bulbs and handle any small day-to-day issues. We have a 24/7 support contact telephone number in the unlikely event that a guest requires emergency assistance. Any necessary maintenance visits will be arranged at a convenient time and we always respect guest’s privacy during their stay with us.
