Berkshire Rooms primary objective is to ensure all our clients feel safe and secure in our home from homes.  All of our accommodation is fully self contained with own lounge, kitchen, dining, bathroom and laundry facilities, allowing you greater peace of mind. Our houses even have their own self contained gardens. 

We are working alongside the Government guidelines and those of The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers to ensure your stay with Berkshire Rooms is safe.  

In addition, all our properties are fumigated before each stay as standard to ensure minimal risk of viral infection by ensuring all surfaces in the property are clean of any potential germs before your arrival. 

If you need to self-isolate we can offer you your own self contained apartment for you to relax and work from home. If you need to self-isolate as a whole family we can offer a lovely house with it own exclusive gardens for you to enjoy. 

Housekeeping are trained and given full instruction on how to maintain the government and ASAP guidelines on entering any properties that require a full service clean, we also offer a drop off only service on request.  

We may need to enter your apartment from time to time for maintenance or inspection matters but this will be notified and carried out in line government social distancing guidelines. 

We will continually monitor Governments guidelines and implement any appropriate changes on their advice regarding the way we work to keep both clients and personnel safe.

Berkshire Rooms is an established Serviced Apartment and Houses company with over seventeen year’s experience. We are committed to excellence. We are an owner led business and initially based our offering on our own first-hand experience of the needs and requirements of those living and working away from home but this has grown to encompass a vast experience of serving and learning from new clients  over many years.

Being active members of The Association of Serviced Apartment Providers (ASAP) since 2007 and Don serving as the association’s Chairman for two years we were early adopters of the ASAP’s International Serviced Apartments Accreditation Program (ISAAP) actively playing a leading role helping it to become an internationally recognised quality assurance mark increasingly adopted by all the committed operators in or our industry.

We provide serviced accommodation and long term accommodation and no booking is too large or too small – each one is just as important. 

We care about comfort and security of our clients and believe that service should never stop at the point of handing over key but should continue throughout the entire stay and beyond.
